A double-storey extension that had not been constructed in accordance with the approved architectural drawings previously submitted to the local authority. To ensure compliance and accuracy, we undertook a comprehensive site re-measurement and prepared updated as-built drawings. A revised planning application was then submitted to regularise the development and align it with current planning and building regulations
